Temporary & Permanent Solutions
Due to a growing demand for temporary personnel and skilled professionals with Junior to Middle Management experience, Thomas Gray introduced our new division in 2017. Our aim is to fill all our roles quickly and efficiently, whilst offering the same dedication, confidentiality and professionalism with each of our assignments.
At Workplace Solutions we believe Candidates are more than just a CV, relationships are the foundation of our business. Our team of experienced Consultants meet with every Candidate as part of our pre-selection, ensuring they are fully briefed before any Interview. Alongside this, we offer consultative support from the initial conversation to securing your new role.

The ultimate purpose of our algorithm is to support our Clients through the skill shortage and help increase diversity in the Workplace.
